  I've struggled with chronic back/neck pain and acne since I was a teenager, so 15 or so years now. I've seen a chiropractor once every month or two for all these years. Never finding a cause or permanent solution. I've also been on 4 acne medications that weren't fully effective and was about to go on acutane. Before going on acutane I happened to start seeing Dr. Bastomski for my back/neck pain. I'm new to the area and needed a new chiro. He found that I have food sensitivities to dairy, refined sugar and gluten. My diet was causing chronic inflammation in my body which was causing the acne and the back pain. I've modified my diet to remove/drastically reduce those foods and my acne is gone and my back/neck pain is significantly reduced. I've been doing the new diet for 4 months now with great success. Thank you Dr. Bastomski, you changed my life!
