  Dr. Bickford has been my go-to eye doctor for over thirty years. He’s a caring professional who actually explains what’s going on and loves to share his knowledge. He’s awesome when it comes to contact lenses. He will work to make sure you get the lenses that are the best fit for your comfort and vision and lifestyle. 
  
  I once had a pink eye infection. It was really conjunctivitis that needed medication and he prescribed the right stuff and I was better the next day! He saw me promptly and called me the following day to make sure the treatment was working, ready to change it if need be. He’s really cares.
  
  He does have eyeglasses, including a reasonable, not great selection of frames and never tries to sell you something you don’t need.  My eyeglasses are always perfect---the first time. He has no problem giving out prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses so you can get your optics somewhere else if you want, but you will find his prices fair and services to be excellent. He’s a great eye doctor, no doubt.
