  Have had brake service on several of my late-model vehicles over the years (2015, 2017 Altima, 2014 Escape, 2007 Prius) and they have been able to complete brake service in an an afternoon, without appointments. Always diligent about calling when the cars are ready. If something isn't right they make it right without a hassle. Been going for years and recommend.
