  I have been training with Frankie for several years.
  Prior to working with Frankie I had experience working with several other Personal Trainers.
  What makes Frankie a great trainer is his total focus on his client and his attention to the client's form and execution.
  Two other things about Frankie that stand out for me are that Frankie prepared a personalized, weekly nutrition regimen for me, and he also prepared a personalized workout for me to use when I am out of town.
  Partly due to my workouts with Frankie, I was able to participate in my first Triathlon at age 49, and to finish in a respectable time.
  I would gladly recommend Frankie as a Personal Trainer.
