  This was my first experience working with Merryl and I hope it will not be the last. This woman is awesome! Her sense of aesthetic is fantastic and she is extremely organized and talented (And I'm a Productivity & Efficiency Expert - so I know!). She put on the CADA event at the Bacara Resort and having seen dozens of events at that hotel - I can honestly say that I have never seen a more beautifully designed room for a ball/gala. What was also remarkable was that through the entire event set-up and running, Merryl was calm, cool, and collected. She was 'on it' and I truly enjoyed meeting her and working alongside her as the CADA Volunteer Chair.
