  Friendly, attentive staff with one of the very few kitchens open late in SB. Organic and locally sourced options and a reliably good full bar. Roy cares about the quality of his food AND your dining experience. Unless it is slammed, there is a great chance you will meet him (owner & chef) at your table wanting feedback on your meal. A pillar of SB [[[post two-turntables-&-a-keg]]] night culture.
