  Quick Breakdown: Tried calling 6 times, placed on hold for a total of 20 minutes, which eventually lead to me never talking to an actual human being. I understand being busy, but to waste that much of your potential customers time to eventually hang up on them is absolutely absurd. Figure out your phone system, it's 2018.
