  This is a very clean and amazingly nice and affordable place to stay. You couldn’t ask for much more for the price. Having a double queen room with a couch and coffee table and custom tiled bathroom is typically a high dollar room anywhere else. I completely recommend staying here if your in the Santa Barbara area, and want to be close to the beach and State street and want an amazing room for a fair price.

  We love this boutique style hotel and stay here every time we visit Santa Barbara. The rooms are amazing! Super clean and spacious. The location is great and the value for this hotel is unparalleled. Wonderful and attentive staff. Tomas Restaurant around the corner is the best. Highly recommend!
