  I'm giving this location 3 stars because the past 3 times out of the many times I have been, I should add, I felt the staff was not friendly.. the two previous times my boyfriend and went we were literally forgotten about. Twice we sat at a table with our number that's supposed to mean your order was placed and both our previous visits there, we waited for a half hour to eat until someone asked us if we were finished with our "order #" only to inform the waiter we hadn't received any food yet... Last night was basically my last straw at this location since the customer service was lacking a warm welcome and clear communication on what we ordered. We got a combo of shrimp/chicken fajitas, we ordered it shrimp and add chicken which usually comes 6 shrimp but this time was only 3.. they also forgot the rice. I feel that the small things matter when you are dining out and it just felt like they didn't really care as I almost had to micromanage my experience which is annoying. Looks like I'll have to stick to the Goleta location.
