    My first contact with Mattress Land SleepFit was by telephone. I wanted to know if there were ADA parking spaces available. "Yes," Frank said. "And I'll put a marker in it for you." That's one star.
    When I arrived at the store on Anacapa St., Steve came out to move the marker so I could park and walked me into the store. That's two stars.
    Then Steve let me try out the beds from one end of the store to the other. He always acted in a professional manner, yet we joked together as old friends. That's three stars.
    Then I found the right mattress! At the right price! I added an adjustable foundation. And we went to complete the deal. That's four stars.
    The bed arrived in a few days and was competently installed in my bedroom. Not only that but the old mattress and foundation were taken away and the bed frame taken apart and carried out to my shed. That's the fifth star.
