  The line was long but certainly worth it! My daughter is highly allergic to nuts and I wasn't sure if we would be able to have an ice cream for her. However, the team was so accommodating! My daughter enjoyed a double scoop of nut free ice cream that was not cross contaminated! It meant the world to us! Thanks so much! (We ❤️McConells!)

  seen as the best ice cream in Santa Barbara!!!!! the ice cream is hand made, there is also a variety of different flavors to choose from. there is a line because the location is popular as many tourists and Santa Barbara locals go there frequently. so there is no slow time or day that will be slower, especially with CA weather. its a 5 to 15 min wait line. lines and wait times similar to a busy starbucks. Overall its busy for a reason the ice cream is great quality. definitely recommend going there when in down town Santa Barbara
