  I can't give high enough praise for Dr. Romero and his entire staff. He takes the time to listen to his patients and the thoroughness of his care is amazing. I have been a patient of Dr. Romero's for over 3 years as has helped me through some really tough diagnosis and surgeries. He is one of the few Dr.'s that treats the patient as a whole. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Romero's help over the last 8 months especially from an extensive hip surgery he preformed on me. His bedside manor and care following surgery speaks volumes. Dr. Romero is not only a great Doctor but a great human being who cares for his patients well being. His information and support throughout my surgeries is beyond outstanding. If you are looking for a highly skilled, intelligent, and caring orthopedic surgeon Dr. Romero is the best, hands down.

  Dr. Romero is great. Knowledgeable, warm and takes his time answering all your questions. But then there is his office staff who are unresponsive and unhelpful. The doctor prescribed an MRI over a month ago and I cannot get a call back from his office. His assistant said the imagining center would take care of my insurance pre-auth and but the imagining center says it's up to the doctors office to get insurance approval. His assistant makes all his appointments and I can't get a call back to re-schedule and appointment and find out why there is even a mixup. Meanwhile a month later, after leaving many messages, I'm told by the receptionist his assistant will only takes voice mail messages. If you are used to getting a timely response from your doctors office, don't go here. A doctor is only as good as his staff and I wonder why the good doctor would put up with so much unprofessional ineptitude.
