  Office was disorganized and chaotic when I was there, but that may have been because several police officers were there with a K-9 for some unknown reason while I was there. I scheduled specifically saying I didn't just want to meet with a PA, but when I got there that is all they let me see. It was because emergency apparently, but still not entirely satisfactory to me. Follow-up by phone by Dr. Tobis was appreciated, but I had severe ongoing symptoms and he seemed to have no clue what I was talking about when I mentioned actual symptoms I was having, despite such symptoms being in an area a urologist should be highly familiar with. Seeking a second opinion. Office staff were at times unhelpful and oppositional on phone, and also provided inaccurate information related to insurance coverage when I first called to schedule.
