  I haven't had a problem here. Then again I have Cen Cal and my dental is covered. I imagine they get a lot of low income families in here like myself they are always busy but everyone is nice and well trained. I haven't had a bad experience. I guess if you can afford better insurance you're lucky but the way my bank account is set up right now...I'm happy.
