  Bought a BBQ from these guys and the had it delivered and installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and knowledge. I will be back for a spa!

  UPDATE: The owner called me after this review and has done everything in his power to make things right. I finally have an undamaged top that is installed correctly.
  
  The worst customer service EVER. Bought a brand new hot tub in Jan 2016. Came with a defective top. It's October and the top is in...but scheduling the replacement has been a nightmare. Don't bother leaving a message on the machine, apparently they don't listen to their messages. And a "10 minute trip to get a drill" (why weren't you prepared in the first place?) has turned into over an hour and not back yet. Unlike these folks, I have to work. This has been the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. Stay far away.
