  Great Customer Service! The customer service at Dr. Blake’s office really is great; however, if they recommend that you have dental work done, you should get a second opinion (or at the very least, ask if the procedure is necessary). On a recent visit, I thought I was going in for a routine cleaning but ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a procedure that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t necessary. They should do a better job of informing customers of the cost of procedures beforehand and explaining their options.

  I was referred by a friend to Dr. Blake when my prior dentist retired and have had nothing but excellent experiences with both staff and service. Aside from being a friendly, skilled & informative dentist, Dr. Blake has established a office culture that should be envied. He has carefully selected team members who are fully (and naturally) committed to providing professional, friendly, and efficient care of the highest quality. As someone who built a similar business model, it is obvious to me that everyone on site enjoys both working there & contributing to this consistency of exemplary effort. This is one business referral I can recommend without hesitation.
